How To Install Replace Engine Coolant Thermostat and Housing 3.7L 2002-2013 Jeep Liberty


In this video, 1A Auto shows you how to replace the ECT sensor and its case. This video applies to Jeep Liberty, years 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

🔧 Instructions:

1. Removal of Serpentine belt 0:42
2. Remove the tensioner 1:06
3. Draining the coolant 1:41
4. Remove the thermostat 2:16
5. Installation of the new thermostat 2:56
6. Reinstalling the tensioner 3:52
7. Replacing Serpentine Belt 4:29
8. Filling the coolant 5:57
